Embossing shops & registration services

Tönjes Holding AG is in charge of operations on the German market. Since the opening of the first shop in 1974, the nationwide network of more than 170 embossing shops consists of several subsidiaries distributing German license plates and Fun plates as well as license plate holders.

Regional registration services connect the registration office to the customer and are an important measure for long term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Additionally, we offer insurance policies for temporary and customs or export license plates.

Intensive dialogue with our customers, partners and employees creates the centre of our family management and ensures that we maintain and further develop our market share on a long term basis.

Tönjes Holding AG is member of the "Bundesverband der Autoschilderfirmen (BAF)" (German Association of Vehicle License Plates Companies) and the "Bundesverband Kraftfahrzeug-Kennzeichnung e.V. (BKK)" (German Association of Vehicle Registration).
